This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with IA Home Pro Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched the same day if placed before the following cut-off times:

Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 7:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM
Orders placed after these times will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Typical delivery times:
United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs clearance processes

Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

External factors such as weather or strikes
5. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we are not liable for lost packages.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the courier directly. We will assist where possible.
7. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
