Refund & Return Policy

At IA Home Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us first to arrange it. 

How to Start a Return
